摘要
为了用喷墨打印技术制备二维材料的微纳光电子器件,提出一种以氧化石墨烯材料配制水性墨水的方法,制备了适用于MEMS压电喷墨打印头的材料。通过改变喷射驱动条件,对氧化石墨烯墨水的墨滴喷射流体性能进行分析;并依据光吸收谱和拉曼谱的测量,分析了压电喷墨过程对氧化石墨烯材料性能的影响。实验结果表明,氧化石墨烯水性墨水能够应用MEMS压电喷头实现稳定喷射。
In order to use inkjet printing technology to manufacture two-dimensional micro-nano optoelectronic device structure materials,an aqueous ink formulation research is proposed based on the graphene oxide material to develop a MEMS piezoelectric inkjet print head and achieve a stable ink droplet ejection.By changing the ejection driving conditions,the graphene oxide ink droplet ejection fluid properties are studied.The piezoelectric inkjet process for graphene oxide material properties are study by optical absorption spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.Experimental results show that the graphene oxide aqueous ink can inkjet stably by MEMS piezoelectric inkjet print head.
