科技创新视域下武汉市创意产业园区发展对策

Research on the Developing Path of Wuhan Cultural Creative Industries Parks from the Perspective of Scientific and Technological Innovation

文化创意产业园区作为新的产业发展模式,逐步成为城市经济发展的重要引擎。近年来,武汉市创意产业园区在园区规模、文化产值、文化与科技融合等方面取得了不俗的成绩。然而,当前仍存在园区规划缺位、文化与科技人才相对匮乏、知识产权保护力度不足等问题。据此,应在完善园区公共服务平台、加大科技人才引进机制、加强知识产权保护力度、构建园区竞争力评价体系、实施园区品牌化战略等方面推进武汉市文化创意产业园区和谐发展。

Cultural creative industries park, as a new industrial development pattern,has become the vital growth force for urban new economics,developing at an incredible speed.On the basis of emphatically demonstrating and systematically analyzing the developing currency and the existing problem of cultural creative industries parks in Wuhan city,this article proposes some countermeasure as a reference to advance the growth and development of cultural creative industries parks in Wuhan, for example,this thesis suggest the parks should formulate a suitable program,perfect the public-service platform for cultural and creative enterprises,implement branding strategy,and so forth.
