摘要 传统企业数字化程度低、封闭化程度高,对比新时代其他企业在适应互联网环境上,其企业文化创新滞后。基于此,本文关注生产制造和流通服务等领域的传统企业,在梳理企业文化创新内涵的基础上,提出企业文化创新的"五力模型",据此分析"互联网+"影响下的企业文化创新特征和建设困境,将可依托的"互联网+"时代资源和企业文化创新深度融合,为传统企业的企业文化建设增添活力,实现创新。 Compared with other businesses in adaption to the internet environment in new era, the traditional enterprise has lower digitization and severer isolation, and its corporate culture innovation lagged behind other enterprise. Based on this situation, the article focuses on traditional enterprise and analyzing feature of cultural innovation in the effects of the Internet age as the basis of summarizing the enterprise cultural innovation theory. Difficulties facing the traditional enterprise cultural construction in the internet age are analyzed.Proposing some strategy of traditional corporate cultural innovation, fully utilizing the resources advantages in the internet age and combing enterprise cultural innovation, so as to inject fresh elements are for traditional enterprise cultural construction and give a model of creative practice.
