摘要
采用模块化结构、开放性接口,研发了基于PLC的电梯综合实训平台。介绍了电梯实训平台的模型结构、机构设计、PLC控制系统设计,阐述在实训平台上开展实训教学的方法。实际教学应用表明.该实训平台成本低.开放性好,利用率高,教学效果明显,具有很好的推广价值,可作为电梯维修与装调、机电一体化、电气控制与自动化等专业相关课程的实验设备。
Comprehensive training platform of elevator based on PLC was developed with modular structure and opening interface. The structure of the elevator model, mechanism design, PLC control system design of the practice training platform and the teaching methods carried out in this training platform are introduced. The application shows that the training platform has the advantages of low cost, good openness, high efficiency, tt has obvious teaching effect and good promotion value. It can also be used as the experimental equipment of the elevator maintenance and adjustment, electromechanical integration, electrical control and automation and other professional courses.
