摘要
依据CRH5型动车组用原型空气弹簧技术规范,研发了SYS530B型空气弹簧。该型空气弹簧能够实现与CRH5型动车组原型空气弹簧互换使用,其各项性能指标符合技术要求。整车滚动和振动试验结果表明,分别装用SYS530B型空气弹簧和原型空气弹簧的车辆临界速度、自振频率差异很小,舒适性和平稳性等指标均属于优级,并能满足CRH5型动车组的动力学性能要求。
The SYS530 B air springs are developed according to the technical regulations of air springs for CRH5 multiple units.The air springs can be interchangeable with the original type of air springs for CRH5 multiple units,and each performance index meets the technical requirements.The results of integral car rolling and vibration tests show that the differences of critical speed and the natural vibration frequency between SYS530 Bair spring and the original type of air springs mounted respectively on cars are very tiny,the comfort and ride comfort index are of the excellent grade,and can meet the dynamics performance requirements of CRH5 multiple units.
