摘要
目的探讨脑膜瘤发生的瘤体部位与脑膜瘤瘤周水肿(MPE)之间的关系。方法收集2010年1月至2015年4月经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤患者222例,其中男52例,女170例。所有222例脑膜瘤患者术前均行MRI平扫及增强检查。结果不同部位脑膜瘤MPE的发生率不同,以大脑凸面、蝶骨嵴及嗅沟部位较高,鞍旁及侧脑室的脑膜瘤未见瘤周水肿。与颅底肿瘤相比,大脑凸面肿瘤瘤周水肿的发生率高(P〈0.05)。结论脑膜瘤瘤体发生的部位与MPE有一定关系。
Objective To study the relationship between peritumoral edema and tumor location in meningiomas. Methods Two hundred and twenty-two patients (52 males, 170 females) with histologically proven were studied by MR equipment from January 2010 to April 2015. All 222 meningioma patients underwent preoperative MRI scan and enhanced MRI. Results All of 222 cases, the degree of peritumoral edema was following (in descending order): olfactory sulcus, convex surface, cerebral parafalx, sphenoid ridge, tentorium cerebelli, cerebellum raised face, tuberculum sellae, cerebellopontine angle, the location of parasellar and lateral ventricle meningeomas couldn' t be found peritumoral edema. Compared with skull base tumor, the incidence of peritumoral edema in convex surface was higher(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The peritumoral edema is correlated with the tumor location of meningioma.
