Expression of IGF-1 and TNF-α and their significance in adenomyosis

摘要 目的研究子宫腺肌病患者胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)在子宫不同部位的表达情况,探讨IGF-1与TNF-ɑ在子宫腺肌病发病机制中的作用。方法选取30例子宫腺肌病患者作为实验组,30例正常妇女作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测子宫不同部位(包括子宫内膜层、子宫内膜-肌层交界区、外肌层)中IGF-1、TNF-ɑ表达,及二者之间的关系。结果IGF-1、TNF-ɑ在实验组子宫内膜层、子宫内膜-肌层交界区、外肌层的表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);实验组子宫内膜-肌层交界区的表达高于子宫内膜层、外肌层表达,差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05),对照组表达差异性均未见统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。在实验组中IGF-1与TNF-ɑ表达呈正相关(r=0.523,0.862,0.447,P均〈0.05)。结论IGF-1、TNF-ɑ可能通过改变子宫内膜-肌层交界区的结构和(或)功能促进子宫腺肌病的发生发展;IGF-1与TNF-ɑ在子宫腺肌病发生发展中可能具有某种协同作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor- ɑ(TNF-ɑ) and IGF-1 in the different position of the uterus, and investigate its effect in adenomyosis.Methods A total of 30 adenpmyosis cases were sellected as experiment group; meanwhile, 30 healthy cases were sellected as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression levels of TNF-ɑ and IGF-1 in different position of the uterus(including endometrium, endometrial-myometrial border and outer myometrium) in experiment group and control group.Results TNF-ɑ and IGF-1 expression were higher in experiment group than that in control group in uteru samples (all P〈0.05); the endometrial-myometrial border expression was higher than endometrium, outer myometrial in experiment group(all P〈0.05). And there was no significant difference in the control group(all P〉0.05). The expression intensity of TNF-ɑ was correlated with IGF-1 in experiment group(r=0.523, 0.862, 0.447, P all〈0.05).Conclusions IGF-1 and TNF-ɑ may act by changing structure and function of the endometrial-myometrial border; IGF-1 and TNF-ɑ may have some kind of synergistic effect in adenomyosis.
