Research on Whole Process Risk Management of Offshore Oil Field

在风险管理流程的基础上,根据海上油田作业特点选取了适用于不同管理层级的5种风险分析方法工具,研究设计出一套适合文昌油田作业区的全过程风险管理流程并开发了相配套的风险管理软件,为文昌油田作业区风险管理提供了指南。

According to the operation characteristics of offshore oil field, five kinds of risk analyzing methods are chosen, suitable for different management level, one suite of whole process risk management program for Wenchang Oilfield Working Place is researched and designed and the corresponding risk management software is also developed based on risk management program, which can provide guidelines for the risk management of Wenchang Oilfield Working Place.
