压力容器裂纹失效路径仿真平台开发与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于安全性评定理论,提出了失效路径理念,探寻了压力容器裂纹缺陷失效路径仿真平台开发思路,并利用VB编程语言完成了相关平台的开发。以某一穿透裂纹为例,通过设定裂纹不同的尺寸变化量和延迟时间,应用仿真平台得到了裂纹在失效评定图上评定点的变化轨迹,得到失效路径仿真曲线,并对结果进行分析。以失效路径的仿真曲线为基础,为预测裂纹的临界尺寸所处的精确范围提供了一种新的方法。 Based on the theory of the safety assessment, the invalidation path is proposed, the development thought of the emulation platform of the crack invalidation path of pressure vessel is explored, and the development of related platform is completed by using the VB programming language. Taking one through crack for example, the different dimension variation and the delay time are set, the change track of the assessment point position of the crack in failure assessment diagram is received by using the emulation platform, thereby the emulation curve of the invalidation path is obtained, and the theoretical analysis is also conducted for the emulation results. Based on the emulation curve of the invalidation path, a new method for predicting the accurate range of critical dimension of the crack has been provided.
