液氨储罐连续泄漏事故后果的影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 液氨储罐连续泄漏会产生喷射火、闪火、蒸气云爆炸和中毒事故,利用DNV PHAST软件模拟分析了风速、大气稳定度和储存温度对事故后果的影响。结果表明,随着风速不断增大,喷射火、闪火和蒸气云爆炸后果逐渐减小,单纯大气扩散情况下,毒性后果随风速的增大而减小;大气稳定度对喷射火后果没有影响,闪火和蒸气云爆炸后果随大气稳定度增加有增大的趋势,毒性后果随大气稳定度增加而增大;随着储存温度升高,泄漏质量流率增加,喷射火、闪火、蒸气云爆炸和毒性后果逐渐增大。 Accident types of jet fire, flash fire, vapor cloud explosion and toxic effect may be caused by the continuous release of ammonia tank and in this paper software DNV PHAST is used to analyze the impacts of wind speed, atmospheric stability and storage temperature on accidents consequences. The resuhs show that with the increase of wind speed, the consequences of jet fire, flash fire and vapor cloud explosion decrease. In the case of atmospheric dispersion without ignition, toxic effect zone decreases with the increase of wind speed. Atmospheric stability has no impact on jet fire, the consequences of flash fire and vapor cloud explosion show a trend of increase with the increase of atmospheric stability and the toxic effect zone increases with the increase of atmospheric stability. With the increase of storage temperature, the mass flow rate of leakage increases and the consequences of jet fire, flash fire, vapor cloud explosion and toxic effect zone increase gradually.
