Application of Intelligent 4C Technology and Integrated Technology in Building

智能建筑是信息技术与传统建筑工程所结合的产物。论文主要以系统工程的运用为基础,对优化及整合物业运行管理、用户和住户需求服务、建筑物的建筑结构环境、智能化系统等基本要素进行分析,并将集成技术及4C技术综合后有效地应用到建筑中,使建筑物形成一个智能化的计算机综合网络,对应用过程中的调控过程进行逐步分析。

Intelligent building is the product of the combination of information technology and traditional architectural engineering.This paper is mainly based on the application of system engineering,analyze the basic elements of the optimization and integration of property management,users and tenants demand services,building structure,intelligent system,and then integrated technology and 4C technology after effectively applied to buildings,make buildings forming a network computer intelligent,and the regulation of the application in the process of gradual analysis.
