乳头瘤样倒置性毛囊角化病

Papillomatous wart-like inverted follicular keratosis: a case report

报告1例乳头瘤样倒置性毛囊角化病。患者男,32岁。因右腹部疣状赘生物10余年就诊。皮肤科检查:右腹部的脐外上方一长约5 mm的丝状赘生物,表面粗糙,周围无红斑。皮损组织病理检查示表皮角化过度,向内和向外性生长,局部棘层肥厚,表皮突延长,可见许多鳞状漩涡。诊断为乳头瘤样倒置性毛囊角化病。手术切除皮损后随访2个月无复发。

A case of papillomatous wart-like inverted follicular keratosis was reported. A 32-year-old man presented with a 10-year history of asymptomatic skin color filiferous lesion on right abdomen. Dermatological examination revealed a 5 mm filiferous paraphyte with rough surface. No erythema can be seen around the lesion. Histopathological examination showed hy- perkcratosis and rete ridges elongation. There are endophytic and exophytic proliferation of keratinoeytes with many squamous eddies. Diagnosis of filliform inverted follicular keratosis was made. No recurrence was found with a follow-up of 2 months.
