我国服务中间投入进口结构与行业增长效应

China's Import Structure of Services Intermediate Input and Industrial Growth Effect

笔者基于1995年~2011年世界投入产出表,对我国服务中间投入进口的类别结构与分配结构进行了解构与分析,在此基础上,就进口服务中间投入对我国总体行业、制造业及服务业的行业增长效应分别进行了实证检验。结果表明:1995年~2011年,进口服务中间投入占行业总投入的比重整体上呈现上升的趋势,其中,资本技术密集型、健康教育和公共型服务中间投入的进口占比有了大幅的攀升,而劳动密集型服务中间投入的进口占比呈先下降后上升的趋势;进口服务中间投入以及国内服务中间投入对总体行业的产出具有显著的促进作用,并且,国内服务中间投入对总体行业的产出效应比进口服务中间投入的产出效应更为显著,我国服务中间投入对行业产出增长存在明显的本地化效应;进口服务中间投入对制造业的产出效应更为明显,而国内服务中间投入对服务业的产出效应更为突出。

Based on the world input-output database（ WIOD） from 1995- 2011,this paper makes an analysis of Chinese imported services intermediate input＇s category structure and distributed structure,and empirically studies its growth effect on the output of Chinese manufacture and service industries. The results show that the total proportion of imported services intermediate input arises during1995- 2011. More specifically,the proportion of imported capital-technology-intensive services,health,education and public services rises sharply,while the proportion of imported labour-intensive services declines firstly and rises later. Imported services intermediate input and domestic services intermediate input both play significant roles in promoting output of the overall industry,and the effect of domestic services intermediate input is more significant than imported services intermediate input,which shows an obvious ＂local effect＂. The growth effect of imported services intermediate input on output of manufacture sector is more apparent,while the growth effect of domestic services intermediate input on output of service sector is more obvious.
