摘要
笔者基于集合论思想,构建包括技术导向、竞争者导向、组织规模、战略类型、环境动荡性等权变因素在内的互动导向绩效机制模型,试图从整体上揭示互动导向与企业绩效的关系,在对211个企业样本模糊集定性比较分析的基础上,共发现有4种导致高企业绩效产生的因果路径,互动导向在不同路径中都对企业绩效有着积极影响,是高企业绩效成立的必要非充分条件。
Based on the set theory,the author constructs the interaction-oriented performance mechanism model including technology orientation,competitor orientation,organization scale,strategy type and environment turbulence,and tries to reveal the relationship between interaction orientation and enterprise performance as a whole. On the basis of qualitative comparative analysis of 211 enterprise sample fuzzy sets,four causal paths leading to high enterprise performance are found,which have positive effects on firm performance in different paths and are necessary but not sufficient for the establishment of high enterprise performance.
