摘要
合理的污水处理定价是污水处理服务费科学拨付的重要保证。由于信息的不对称性,目前污水处理服务费经常不够真实合理。故以广东省35座采用A^2/O及其变形工艺的城镇污水处理厂为对象,分别运用成本费用函数模型和神经网络模型进行成本拟合,建立城镇污水处理服务费定价模型,以期为广东省城镇污水处理服务费定价提供指导。结果显示,神经网络模型拟合精度整体高于成本费用函数模型,两种模型均可用来确定污水处理服务费价格。
Reasonable pricing is an important guarantee for the scientific allocation of sewage treatment service fee. At present,the sewage treatment service fee is often untrue and unreasonable because of the unbalanced information. The cost function model and the neural network model were used for fitting the cost of 35 municipal sewage treatment plants using A^2/O and its deformation processes in Guangdong province. A municipal sewage treatment fee pricing model was developed to provide guidance for municipal sewage treatment service fee pricing in Guangdong. Results indicated that the matching precision of neural network model is overallly higher than that of the cost function model,two models are both available to determine sewage treatment fee.
