低阶煤热解产物半焦释放NO_x和HCN的实验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENT RESEARCH ON RELEASE OF NO_x AND HCN DURING LOW RANK COAL PYROLYSIS BY-PRODUCT SEMI-COKE COMBUSTION

摘要 采用立管炉及傅里叶红外光谱烟气分析仪对半焦燃烧释放NO_x和HCN进行在线监测,研究了温度、粒径、添加剂对半焦等温燃烧生成NO_x和HCN的释放特性。结果表明:在850~950℃,随温度升高,半焦释放NO_x和HCN均降低,且HCN到达峰值点提前14 s;在一定粒径范围内,粒径越小,NO_x和HCN释放量越低,且NO_x到达峰值点提前14 s,HCN到达峰值点延后7 s;Fe_2O_3、活性炭、CaO都促进半焦释放NO_x,其中,最明显的是Fe_2O_3,而活性炭、CaO抑制HCN释放,Fe_2O_3促进HCN释放。 In this paper,NOxand HCN was monitored online by vertical tubular furnace and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analyzer. We studied effects of reaction temperature, particle size and different additives on emission characteristics of NOxand HCN from semi-coke isothermal combustion. Results showed that,in the temperature range from850 ℃ to 950 ℃,HCN and NOxdecreased with the temperature increasing,the arrival time of peak value of HCN moved forward 14 s. In certain range of particle size,the smaller the particle size of semi-coke was,the lower the emission amount of NOxand HCN was. The arrival time of the emission amount peak value of NOxmoved forward by 14 s,while that of HCN delayed by 7 s. The emission amount of NOxwas promoted by three additives. The most obvious one was Fe2O3. The emission amount of HCN was inhibited by active carbon and CaO,while that was promoted by Fe2O3.
