镉锌铅复合污染土壤的超富集植物修复能力研究 被引量:23

STUDY ON PHYTOREMEDIATION OF HYPERACCUMULATORS FOR CADMIUM,ZINC AND LEAD IN THE MULTIPLE CONTAMINATED SOILS

摘要 在分析某金属矿区周边及试验基地土壤基本特征的基础上,采用正交试验法对超富集植物龙葵及印度芥菜进行镉、锌、铅复合污染的盆栽试验,同时对龙葵及印度芥菜的根、茎、叶样品中镉、锌、铅含量进行测定和方差分析。主要研究结果如下:1)龙葵和印度芥菜对重金属Cd、Zn具有很强的吸纳与耐受能力,且其吸收量随土壤中重金属浓度的增加而增加,但是对Pb的吸纳能力并不强。2)在3种重金属同时存在的情况下,龙葵和印度芥菜地下部对重金属Pb的吸收富集能力分别为地上部的2~4倍和2~12倍;龙葵和印度芥菜地下部对重金属Cd的吸收富集能力略小于地上部;而龙葵和印度芥菜地下部对Zn的吸收富集能力则小于地上部。3)在镉、锌、铅复合污染条件下,龙葵和印度芥菜对3种重金属吸收富集能力的大小依次为Zn>Cd>Pb。龙葵对重金属Cd和Pb的转运系数大于印度芥菜,而印度芥菜对Zn的转运系数大于龙葵。 This paper was on the basis that the basic characteristics of soil was well investigated in mine districts and testing grounds. Pot experiments of Solanum nigrum L and Brassica juncea L for cadmium,zinc and lead in the multiple contaminated soils had been done with a orthogonal test method. The contents of cadmium,zinc and lead in the roots,stems and leaves of solanum nigrum L and Brassica juncea L were analyzed and the variance analysis was also used. The research contents and results were listed as follows: 1) Solanum nigrum L and Brassica juncea L have profound ability of absorption and resistance to heavy metals of cadmium and lead,the absorption was increased with the increasing concentration of the heavy metals,but Solanum nigrum L and Brassica juncea L don ’t have profound ability of absorption to heavy metals of zinc. 2) The accumulating ability of lead in the underground part of Solanum nigrum L and Brassica juncea L were 2 ~ 4 times and 2 ~ 12 times than the aboveground part. The accumulating ability of in the underground part of two hyperaccumulators had similar efficacy to the aboveground part,while the accumulating ability of zinc in the underground part of two hyperaccumulators was less than the aboveground part. 3) The accumulating ability of cadmium,zinc and lead in two hyperaccumulators was arranged in order of zinc 〉 cadmium 〉 lead. The transfer coefficient of cadmium and lead in Solanum nigrum L was higher than Brassica juncea L,however,that of zinc was on opposite.
