On the Development and Function of Enterprise's Culture

企业文化是企业在发展过程中形成的统一于企业共同方向上的某种稳定的文化观念、行为方式、价值准则和道德规范的总和。社会主义企业文化必须与有中国特色社会主义文化在指导思想、建设目标及发展方向上保持一致。企业文化有明显的时代特征 ,企业文化建设在当前我国企业转换经营机制 ,建立现代企业制度 ,加强科学管理 ,深化企业改革 ,全面提高企业经营管理水平和效益中具有重要的的作用。

The culture of enterprises is the sum total of some stable cultural concept,code of conduct and standard of morality which are formed in the development of enterprises and united in the same direction of enterprises.The culture of socialist enterprises must have the socialist culture with the Chinese characteristics which keeps identical in guiding thought,target of building and direction of development.The culture of enterprises contains obvious features of the times.The construction of enterprises plays a very important rote in the transforming of managing system of enterprises,in building modern enterprises regulations,in reinforcing scientific management,in deepening reforms of enterprises and raising level of enterprises management and effects.
