The Relationship between Children's Psychological Traits and Their Good Behavior Habits and Problem Behaviors

本研究以587名幼儿为研究对象,采用问卷法考察幼儿心理素质与良好行为习惯、问题行为的关系,结果表明幼儿心理素质与良好行为习惯、问题行为的关系非常密切,高心理素质幼儿在诚实做人、踏实做事、健康生活和自主学习等良好行为习惯方面表现更好,并且更少出现情绪问题、品行问题、多动注意不能和同伴交往问题;心理素质对良好行为习惯具有显著正向预测作用,对问题行为具有显著负向预测作用;就心理素质具体维度而言,认知品质、个性品质、适应性品质均对幼儿良好行为习惯具有显著正向预测作用,认知品质、适应性品质对幼儿问题行为具有显著的负向预测作用,个性品质对问题行为的预测作用不显著,可见心理素质对良好行为习惯的预测作用更为全面。家长和教师可以通过幼儿心理素质教育和良好行为习惯养成教育,促进幼儿身心健康发展。

To explore the relationship between children＇s psychological traits and their good behavior habits and problem behaviors, this study measured 587 children with questionnaire method. The results showed that children＇s psychological traits and their good behavior habits and problem behaviors were closely related. Children at a high level of psychological traits performed better in good behavior habits such as honest behavior, steadfast work, healthy living and autonomous learning, and performed fewer problem behaviors including emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity/inattention, and peer problems. Psychological traits could positively predict good behavior habits and negatively predict problem behaviors. In terms of the three subscales of psychological traits, cognition, personality, and adaptability of psychological traits could positively predict good behavior habits, and cognition and adaptability of psychological traits could negatively predict problem behaviors, while personality of psychological traits could not predict problem behaviors. Compared more completely predicted by psychological traits. and mental health development by the education with problem behaviors, good behavior habits could be Parents and teachers can promote their children＇s physical of psychological traits and good behavior habits.
