试论“依法治国”与“以德治国”的紧密结合

On Close Combination of "Governing the Country by the Rule of Law" with "the Rule of Virtue

“依法治国”与“以德治国”的紧密结合 ,是我们党对社会主义治国方略的科学认识 ,是由法律和道德的不同特点决定的 ,是法律和道德的不同性质所要求的 ;是由“法治”和“德治”的关系所决定的。必须把“法治”的权威性和强制性与“德治”的说服力和劝导力结合起来 ,才能从根本上治理好国家 。

The close combination of 'governing the country by the rule of Law'and 'by the rule of virtue' is the scientific cognition of our party for the strategy of administering the country,is decided by laws and different features of morality,is the needs of laws and different natures of morality and is decided by the relation of 'by the rule of Law' and 'by the rule of virtue'.We must combine the authority and compulsion of 'the rule of law' with the convining and the persuading of 'the rule of virtue' and then we may administer the country well and manage the society well.
