摘要
细胞的死亡方式包括凋亡和坏死,而自噬是细胞程序性死亡的另一种方式。它与肿瘤的关系已经成为近年的研究热点。Beclin1是细胞进行自行吞噬的必需基因,其与肿瘤的发生和发展有密切联系。Beclin1基因是通过对细胞自噬的调节,从而在肿瘤的发展过程中起重要作用。多种肿瘤因缺失Beclin1基因,能够逃避自噬性死亡,故导致肿瘤的发生、发展。随着Beclin1基因在肿瘤中作用机制的进一步揭示,将对各种恶性肿瘤的诊断及治疗具有深远的临床意义。
The cell death pattern includes apoptosis and necrosis,and autophagy is another way of programmed cell death. The relationship between autophagy and tumor has become a hot research topic in recent years. Beclin1 gene is an essential gene for cell phagocytosis,and has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of tumors. Beclin1 gene plays an important role in the development of cancer through the regulation of autophagy. A variety of tumor,due to deletion of Beclin1 gene,can escape from the death of autophagy,leading to the occurrence and development of tumor. With the further development of the mechanism of Beclin1 gene in tumor,a deeper clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of malignant tumors will be presented.
