摘要
对常用酸性高锰酸钾溶液的配制、重金属盐——CuSO4、Pb(Ac)2溶液沉淀蛋白质实验、酚酞溶液的配制、氯水的制备、KI淀粉试纸制备、Fe(OH)3胶体制备等提供了实验事实,并做出了新的判断,以提高中学化学实验教学的质量。
This paper discussed the conditions of success in seven experiments: preparation of acidic potassium permanganate solution, phenothalin solution, chlorine water, KI starch test paper and Fe(OH)3 colloid, precipitation of proteins with CuSO4 and Pb(Ac)2solution, and pro- vided guidance for high school chemistry experiment teaching.
