摘要
以自制淀粉聚磷酸铵酯(s-APPE)为阻燃剂,氨基树脂(三聚氰胺-甲醛-尿素共聚树脂,MUF)为基料,通过物理复配的方式制备了防火涂料。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)对s-APPE的结构进行了表征。通过模拟大板燃烧和烟密度测试仪对涂料的耐燃时间和生烟量进行了测试。通过扫描电镜(SEM)对炭层的微观形貌进行了观测表征,并通过热重分析仪(TGA)对防火涂料的热稳定性进行了分析。结果发现,淀粉聚磷酸铵酯(s-APPE)阻燃剂能够显著改善氨基树脂防火涂料的阻燃生烟性能,当阻燃剂添加量为66.7%时,阻燃和抑烟的综合效果最佳,耐燃时间86 min,烟密度等级为17.7。
In this paper, a novel starch ammonium polyphosphate (s- APPE ) was prepared and used as flame retardant in an amino resin( melamine-formaldehyde-urea copolymer resin, MUF) based fire retardant coating. The structure of s-APPE was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The flame-resistant time and smoke generation of the coating were tested by big panel test and smoke density tester. The microstructure of the carbon layer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The thermal sta- bility of the coating was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results showed that the flame retardant of starch ammonium polyphosphate (s-APPE) could signifi- cantly improve the flame retardant properties of amino resin. When the flame retardant dosage was 66.7%, the coating showed the optimal flame resistance and smoke suppression result, in addition, the fire resistant time was more than 86 min and the smoke density rating reached 17.7.
