摘要
以CrMnCuO_x复合氧化物为功能粉体,硅溶胶改性有机硅树脂为粘结剂,采用喷涂方法制备了太阳能选择性吸收涂层。表征了粉体的结构和表面形貌,研究了粘结剂的热稳定性和涂膜性能、涂层的吸收率和发射率以及品质因子。结果表明:粉体为CrMnCuO_(3.5),粘结剂的硅溶胶含量为10%时所制得的涂层,吸收率αs=93.5%,发射率εT=29.5%,品质因子(αs/εT)=3.17,并且涂层具备较强的机械性、耐候性和耐腐蚀性。
A solar selective absorption coating comprising CrMnCuOx composite oxide as functional powder and the silica sol modified silicone resin as binder was prepared by spraying process. The structure and surface morphology of the powders were characterized. Meanwhile, the thermal stability, coating performance, absorptivity, emissivity and the quality factor were investigated. The results showed that the coating had the absorptivity of as = 93.5%, emissivity εT = 29.5%, the quality factor (as/εT ) = 3. 17, and presented strong mechanical performance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance when the powder was CrMnCuO3.5 and the content of silicon sol in binder was 10%.
