响应面法优化超声波辅助提取沙棘籽粕中黄酮工艺 被引量:16

Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of flavonoids from seabuckthorn seed meal by response surface methodology

摘要 研究了沙棘籽粕中黄酮的超声波辅助提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响黄酮得率的超声功率、提取时间、液料比、提取温度、乙醇体积分数进行优化,建立了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型。结果表明:超声波辅助提取沙棘籽粕中黄酮的最佳工艺条件为超声功率60 W、提取时间20 min、液料比30∶1、提取温度54℃、乙醇体积分数59%、提取次数2次,在最佳工艺条件下黄酮得率为7.11%,与模型理论值7.08%基本一致。 The ultrasound - assisted extraction of flavonoids from seabuckthorn seed meal was investiga-ted. Based on single factor experiment, the factors such as ultrasonic power, extraction time, ratio ofliquid to material, extraction temperature and volume fraction of ethanol, influencing yield of flavonoidswere optimized by response surface methodology, and predictive polynomial quadratic equation model wasestablished. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ultrasonicpower 60 W, extraction time 20 min, ratio of liquid to material 30: 1, extraction temperature 54 ℃, vol-ume fraction of ethanol 59%, extraction times twice. Under these conditions, the yield of flavonoidsreached 7.11%, and it was consistent with model theoretical value of 7.08%.
