Research on the Development Foundations of Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations

目前,我国农村合作经济组织的建设主要包括两个方面:一方面是协会建设,即农业产业协会、行业协会和经济人协会的建设;另一个方面是各类专业合作社的建设。在发展我国农村合作经济组织的同时,必须考虑到地域农业生产力水平,必须要有坚实的合作基础。文章认为,农村合作经济组织发展的基础应当是"三高两强"。"三高"即农业经营规模化程度高、农业专业化程度高、入社入会的农民素质高;"两强"是依托的龙头企业实力强、领办人的责任心和事业心强。如何提高农业经营规模化、专业化以及入社入会的农民的素质,是目前亟待解决的问题。

Currently, the establishment of rural cooperative economic organizations in our country mainly includes two parts. One is to build associations, including agricultural industry associations, trade industry associations and businessmen associations. The other is to build different kinds of professional cooperatives. When developing rural cooperative economic organizations in our country, the level of regional agriculture productivity as well as the strong cooperative basis must be considered at the same time. It is thought that the foundation of development of rural cooperative economic organizations should be＂Three High Two Strong＂.＂Three High＂means high level of large scale in agricultural management, high level of agricultural specialization and high qualities of farmers who is in the organizations and cooperatives.＂Two Strong＂means the leading enterprises they rely on are strong and the leaders＇ responsibility and enterprise are strong. The problem to be solved now is how to increase the large scale and the specialization in agricultural management and the qualities of farmers who tend to join in the organizations.
