摘要
目的:探讨豆腐果苷的抗抑郁作用。方法:60只昆明种小鼠,雄性,随机分为6组,每组10只。分别为豆腐果苷四种剂量组(20、30、40、50mg·kg^(-1)),阳性对照组盐酸丙米嗪(IMI,45 mg·kg^(-1)),空白对照组(蒸馏水),各组分别灌胃相应药物。观察6min,小鼠悬尾实验记录后5min内给药组和对照组小鼠累计不动时间,小鼠强迫游泳实验记录后4min内给药组和对照组小鼠累计不动时间。采用小鼠悬尾实验及小鼠强迫游泳实验方法研究豆腐果苷的抗抑郁作用。结果:在小鼠悬尾实验和小鼠强迫游泳实验中,与空白对照组比较,豆腐果苷在30mg·kg^(-1)剂量下能明显缩短小鼠的悬尾不动时间(P<0.05),在30、50 mg·kg^(-1)剂量下能明显缩短小鼠强迫游泳的不动时间(P<0.05)。结论:豆腐果苷在行为绝望动物模型中呈现抗抑郁作用。
Objective:To study the antidepressant effect of helicid on mice behavioral despair models.Methods:Sixty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into six groups(n=10).The helicid groups of four doses(20,30,40,50 mg·kg-1);positive control group(Imipramine hydrochloride,IMI,45mg·kg-1);the control group(distilled water).The drug was given by intragastric administration.By observing for six minutes,the accumulative immobility time of the final five minutes of dose group and control group was recorded in the mice tail suspension test;the accumulative immobility time of the final four minutes of dose group and control group was recorded in the mice forced swimming test.The antidepressant effect of helicid was evaluated with mice tail suspension test and mice forced swimming test.Results:Compared with control group,Helicid 30mg·kg-1 significantly reduced the accumulative immobility time in mice tail suspension test(P〈0.05).Helicid 30 and 50mg·kg-1 reduced the accumulative immobility time in the mice forced swimming test(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Helicid has the significant antidepressant effect.
