左氧氟沙星对女性盆腔炎疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effects of levofloxacin in the pelvic infection patients

目的:分析左氧氟沙星对女性盆腔炎治疗效果,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:收集我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的女性盆腔炎患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组(n=80),对照组给予氧氟沙星0.2g·次^(-1),一天两次,连用7天。观察组给予左氧氟沙星0.4g·次^(-1),一天两次,连用7天,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率97.5%,与对照组(有效率88.7%)相比有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(5%)显著低于对照组(10%)(P<0.05);观察组临床症状改善时间3.5±1.4d、住院时间8.0±1.5d均明显少于对照组症状改善时间4.6±1.7d及住院时间10.9±2.0d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星治疗妇科盆腔炎疾病临床效果显著,可显著缩短患者住院时间,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective：To analyze the curative effect of levofloxac in the pelvic infection patients,and provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods：One hundred and sixty cases with pelvic inflammatory were collected in our hospital from June2015 to June 2016 and divided into two groups randomly（n=80）.The patients in control group were administrated with ofloxacin 0.2g one time twice in one day and lasted 7days,and the other patients in observation group were administrated with levofloxacin 0.4g one time,twice in one day and lasted 7days.Then the treatment effects and advised reactions were observed.Results：Compared with control group,the effective rate of the control group was increased statistically significantly（P〈0.05）;adverse reaction rate,clinical symptom improvement time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Levofloxacin has the significant effects on the pelvic inflammatory disease,shorten the hospitalization time of patients and decreased the incidence of adverse reactions.
