舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者康复中的应用

Application of comfort nursing in rehabilitation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients

目的:研究对腹腔镜胆囊全切术后患者在康复过程中提供舒适护理服务的应用效果。方法:将我院2015年2月至2016年5月间收治的70例接受腹腔镜胆囊全切术的患者,按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组35例与观察组35例,常规组患者接受临床术后一般护理服务,观察组患者在常规组治疗基础上接受舒适护理,观察两组患者舒适度评价。结果:常规组患者生理感受、心理情绪及环境等指标评分均高于观察组,舒适度较好(P<0.05)。结论:对接受胆囊切除术的患者在一般护理流程基础上提供舒适护理服务,患者机体舒适感较好。

Objective：To study the effect of nursing care on rehabilitation in patients after of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods：Seventy cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy who were treated in our hospital from 2015.2to 2016.5were divided into the conventional group（n=35）and the observation group（n=35）according to the random number table method.The patients in the conventional group received the postoperative general care services,observation group received the treatment of comfort care based on the conventional group.The comfort evaluation was observed.Results：The scores of physiology,emotion and environment were higher in the observation group than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：On the basis of the general nursing process to provide comfortable nursing service,the patient’s body comfort is better.
