呼和浩特市森林生态价值核算研究

Research on Forest Ecological Value Accounting in Hohhot

以呼和浩特市2015年森林资源现状为研究对象,参考《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T1721-2008)标准,从涵养水源、固碳释氧、净化空气、土壤保持、森林游憩等5方面10项指标分别进行价值核算,结果显示呼和浩特市森林生态总价值322 007.72万元,其中,涵养水源价值15 683.86万元,固碳释氧价值142 422.42万元,净化空气价值16 685.79万元,土壤保持价值17 747.75万元,森林游憩价值129 467.9万元。价值测算结果为当地森林生态补偿机制的建立及其他环保政策的制定提供了合理依据。

Abstract：Taking the present situations of forest resource in Hohhot in 2015 as a research object, according to the Forest Ecosystem Function Evaluation Criterion （LY/T 1721 -2008 ） standards, the values have been accounted on water conservation, carbon fixation and oxygen release, air purification, soil conservation and forest recreation. The results show that the total value of forest ecology in Hohhot is 3.2200772 billion yuan, among them, the value of water conservation is 156. 8386 million yuan, the value of carbon fixation and oxygen release is 1. 4242242 bil- lion yuan, the value of air purification is 166. 8579 million yuan, the value of soil conservation is 177.4775 million yuan, and the value of forest recreation is 1. 294679 billion yuan. The value accounting can provide the rational ba- sis for establishing the forest ecological compensation and other environmental policy in Hohhot.
