摘要
原理类课程的教学质量是提高学生专业知识储备和就业竞争力的重要影响因素。文章以山东建筑大学材料成型专业的材料成形原理课程教学为例,展示了数值模拟技术在教学过程中的应用。在分析材料成形原理课教学现状及存在问题的基础上,阐明了将数值模拟技术引入原理类课程教学的必要性。通过数值模拟仿真技术对材料成形基本原理和工艺进行讲解,能够帮助学生深入理解理论问题和系统了解金属塑性成形工艺过程,提高教学质量和课堂效果,培养学生分析解决实际问题的能力。
The instruction quality of the principle course will have a direct impact on the students' future employments and knowledge reserve.Taking Shandong Jianzhu University for example,the paper shows the application of the finite element numerical simulation technology to the principle course of material forming teaching based on the present teaching situation of the principle of material forming.By explaining the basic principles and techniques,it helps students understand the theoretical issues in depth and understand metal forming processes syematically,improve the teaching quality and classroom effects,and develop students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems.
