核壳型氟硅无皂拒水剂的应用工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为赋予棉织物优异的防水性能,用自制拒水剂对其进行拒水整理.采用单因素实验法对拒水剂在棉织物上的应用工艺进行探讨.结果表明,在核壳型氟硅无皂拒水剂60g/L,二浸二轧,于100℃预烘2min,170℃焙烘2min时,整理后棉织物的拒水效果最好,静水压和接触角分别为2.39kPa和144.58°,拒水等级为4级,拒油等级为5级,且对织物的物理性能影响较小. In order to impart the cotton fabric with excellent water repellent property,self-made water repellent agent is used to finish the cotton fabric.Single-factor experiment is used to explore the application process with water repellent agent on cotton fabrics.The results show that the finished cotton fabric shows the best water repellent effect.The hydrostatic pressure and contact angle of the finished cotton fabric are 2.39 kPa and 144.6°.The water repellent grade is 4.The oil repellent grade is 5.And it has less impact on the physical properties of the finished fabric.The water repellent finishing parameters are core-shell fluorine-silicone soapfree water repellent agent 60g/L,two dip two rolling,pre-drying at 100 ℃ for 2min,baking at 170 ℃ for 2min,respectively.
