摘要
研究丙烯酸接枝改性聚酯纤维的吸附性能.对聚酯纤维进行接枝改性处理,进而将其作为吸附剂对阳离子艳蓝RL进行理论分析和吸附实验.采用Freundlich、Langmuir等温吸附方程和准二级动力学模型模拟吸附过程,分析溶液温度、溶液pH、吸附时间、染料浓度对吸附量的影响.结果表明,实验过程与理论分析相符.改性后的聚酯纤维是良好的阳离子艳蓝RL吸附剂,最佳吸附效果为246.9mg/g.
The absorption properties of polyester grafted with acrylic acid(PET-g-AA)were studied.The polyester fiber was grafted firstly and then theoretical analysis and adsorption experiments were carried out on it.Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm equation with pseudo-second-order kinetic model were adopted to describe the adsorption process.The experiments find that adsorption quantity is related to parameters,including temperature,pH value,adsorption time and concentration of cationic dye,whose process is highly consistent with theory analysis.Results indicated that grafted polyester fiber was an attractive substance for removing cationic dyes from dye waste and the maximum adsorption capacities was 246.9mg/g.
