摘要
先进航空装备在"中国制造2025"十大重点领域的航空航天装备中占据着重要的地位。随着航空产业转型升级,必然对技术技能人才提出新的要求,文章围绕航空制造业发展趋势探讨了实现技术技能人才培养与航空产业转型升级协同发展的措施,从知识体系、教学实践、互联网+,三个方面提升航空技术技能人才培养质量。
Advanced aviation equipment occupies an important position in the aerospace and aviation equipment, one of the ten key areas in Made in China 2025. With the transformation and upgrading of the aviation industry, it is necessary to put forward new requirement to the technical and skilled talents. Based on the development trend of the aviation manufacturing industry, this paper discusses the measures to realize the coordinated development of the training of technical and skilled talents and the transformation and upgrading of the aviation industry in order to improve the cultivation quality of aviation technical and skilled talents in the three aspects of knowledge system, teaching practice and Internet ＋ .
