摘要
通过对广东省100所高校的广泛调查,分析了大学生参与公益实践对人文素质隐性教育的路径导图,并采用探索性因子分析进行实证检验。结果表明:公益实践视角下的大学生人文素质隐性教育评价体系由人文行为、人文知识、人文精神三个维度构成,且得分都低于基准值;公益实践的人文素质隐性教育评价处于满意范围内。由此可知,大学生参与公益实践对人文行为、人文知识、人文精神都有显著的提升作用,进而提出政策启示。
Based on wide investigations in 100 colleges and universities in Guangdong, this paper analyzes the route map of the recessive education of humanistic quality by students' social practice and carries out the empirical test by exploratory factor analysis. The results show that the evaluation system of recessive education of college students' humanistic quality on the perspective of social practice can be made up of three dimensions, namely human behavior, humanities knowledge and humanities spirit, the score is lower than the reference value, and the results of the evaluation of recessive education of college students' humanistic quality in the social practice are satisfactory. As students' social practice is of great benefit to the promotion on human behavior, humanities knowledge and humanities spirit, this paper puts forward related policy implications.
