基于人文素质教育的高职财经类专业教学方法研究

Research on Teaching Methods of Specialties of Finance and Economics in Vocational Colleges Based on Humanistic Quality Education

高职院校将人文素质教育融入学生职业能力的培养,引导学生在做事中学会做人,可以促进其职业能力的形成。在对素质教育的内涵及研究重心进行分析基础上,以高职院校财经类专业学生为研究对象,结合专业发展的特点,调研走访财经行业企业、财经类专业学生,提出借助课程实操模拟实践、假期实习、顶岗实习等载体,并通过多种途径将素质教育与专业教育相融合,促进学生全面发展。

Vocational colleges integrates humanistic quality education into the cultivation of students＇ professional ability and guide them to learn to behave in life, which will promote the formation of their professional ability. Based on the analysis of the connotation and research into quality education, this paper, taking vocational college students of specialities of finance and economics as the research object and making investigation and visit to financial enterprises and students with the characteristics of professional development, puts forward that it is necessary to take the carries such as simulation practice of curriculum actual operation,holiday？ practice and post practice and to combine the quality education with the professional education in several way＇s in order to promote students＇ all - round development.
