对基于云平台的模具智能制造系统的分析

摘要 随着模具工业与信息技术的发展,"制造即服务"理念促进了模具云平台的发展。模具智能制造云平台可以优化企业、研究单位、高校的优势资源,对保证模具制造质量、提升模具行业服务水平和模具人才培养质量有重大意义。在分析当前我国模具行业存在的问题和模具智能云平台具有的优势基础上,提出和构建了模具智能制造云平台的层次结构,并指出了在建设模具智能制造云平台过程中存在的关键问题和难题。 With the development of mould industry and information technology, the idea that manufacture is service promotes the development of the cloud platform of mould. The cloud platform of intelligent mould manufacturing can optimize the superior? resources of enterprises, research institutions and colleges, which will effect the quality guarantee? of mould manufacturing, the promotion of service of mould industry and the quality of mould talent training. Based on the analysis on the problems of China' s mould industry and the advantages of the intelligent cloud platform of mould, this paper constructs the hierarchy of the cloud platform of intelligent mould manufacturing, and points out the key problems and difficulties in the process of the construction of the cloud platform.
