摘要
在了解民用航空人力资源的现状与发展方向的基础上,通过探索联合航空院校申报147培训机构资质,采用共同组建147培训机构、共同制定建设框架和共同协商运行机制等形式,来促进民航人力资源体系发展。经过研究发现,采用该方式将会有助于实现院校与企业的优势互补,经验交流,人才培养,有利于完善民航企业人才供应链和企业人力资源体系发展。
Based on the realization of the present situation and of development direction of the human resource system of civil aviation, and though the exploring the association with polytechnics to declare the 147 Qualification, this paper adopts the forms of forming a joint 147 training organization, establishing collectively a joint construction framework and making a mutual consultation of operational mechanism to promote the development of the human resources system of civil aviation. The research shows that the forenamed way will help the realization of the complementary advantages, experience exchange and personnel training by colleges and enterprises, and be beneficial to the improvement of the talent supply chain and the development of the human resources system of civil aviation enterprises.
