摘要
针对传统四面六边体透水框架整体稳定性较差、杆件易脱焊散落的缺点,开展了新型透水框架几何形态、加工方法、施工工艺等方面的研究,开发出具有较强钩连性的扭双工字型透水框架结构及其专用施工设备,并在长江南京以下12.5m深水航道一期工程中首次应用。监测结果表明其具有较好的整体稳定性,可有效减缓流速,消能促淤效果明显。
Overall stability of previous tetrahedron permeable framework in waterway regulation engineering is poor, and its bars are easy to take off the welding. Aiming at the deficiency, the research on the geometric shape, processing, construction technology of the new water permeable frame is carried out. The twisted double "H" permeable frame is invented and is used for the first time in the 12. 5 m deep-water channel of the Yangtze River below Nanjing.The monitoring results show that its overall stability is good, and it can effectively reduce the velocity of flow and the effect of energy dissipation is obvious.
