闭合蛋白4在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与血-前列腺屏障的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨闭合蛋白4在前列腺癌组织中的表达及其与血-前列腺屏障的相关性。方法收集2008年1月至2015年1月重庆医科大学附属第一医院29例住院治疗前列腺癌患者的癌标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测癌组织中闭合蛋白4表达,分析闭合蛋白4表达强度与Gleason分级评分和术前血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平的相关性。结果29例患者癌组织中闭合蛋白4均表达阳性。癌组织中闭合蛋白4的表达强度与Gleason分级评分无显著相关性(r=0.2,P=0.8),血清PSA水平与闭合蛋白4表达强度和Gleason分级评分均有显著相关性(均P<0.05)。结论闭合蛋白4在前列腺癌患者癌组织中的表达与血清PSA水平有关,闭合蛋白4可能参与构成血-前列腺屏障。 ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between expression of occludin-4 and blood-prostate barrier in prostate carcinoma. MethodsTwenty-nine in-patients with prostate cancer from January 2008 to January 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were enrolled. Expression of occludin-4 in carcinoma tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. Serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) was determined before surgical operation. Correlations among occludin-4 expression intensity, serum PSA level and Gleason score were analyzed. ResultsAll cases had occludin-4 positive expression. There was no correlation between occludin-4 expression intensity and Gleason score(r=0.2, P=0.8). Serum PSA level was significantly correlated with occludin-4 expression intensity and Gleason score(P〈0.05). ConclusionsThe expression of occludin-4 in prostate carcinoma is correlated with the serum level of PSA; occludin-4 may be involved in blood-prostate barrier.
