摘要
心血管疾病是导致女性死亡的主要原因之一。与男性相比，女性心肌梗死的病理生理机制、临床症状、治疗和转归均有不同。加强对心肌梗死性别差异的深入认识，关注女性心血管疾病的风险，制定规范化的诊断和治疗体系，对于改善女性心肌梗死患者的预后至关重要。本文旨在对目前女性心肌梗死的研究进展做一综述。
Cardiovascular diseases is one of the main causes of death in women. Pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical symptoms, treatment and prognosis of myocardial infarction in women have specific characteristics. Acknowledgement of cardiovascular risk, standardized diagnosis and treatment guidelines of female myocardial infarction is necessary. This article reviewed current research progress of myocardial infarction in female.
