摘要 考古所见汉晋北朝图像及相关器具和实物等显示,公元前后至公元6世纪左右,烤肉串曾在中国黄河流域及其周边广大地区流行。人世间的美食至尊和皇家的好尚,应是其盛行的主要动因。其后千余年来古典烤肉串的稀见和新疆风味烤羊肉串的流行,则印证了中华美食代有亮点与创新的史实。探究今日遍布数十个国家和地区的烤肉串之源,尚待多国学者团队的烤肉串文化考古之旅。 Archaeologically found images and related utensils and objects in the Han, Jin and Northern dynasties implied that, in the period from around the BC to the 6th century AD, kebabs have been popular in China' s Yellow River basin and its surroundings. The most delicious in the world and admired by royal should be the main reason for the prevalence of kebabs. More than a thousand years afterwards, the decline of classical kebabs and the popularity of Xinjiang-style kebabs confirm the historical facts that Chinese food has bright spots and innovation. Today, kebabs are enjoyed in dozens of countries and regions. To find the source of kebabs is a big topic needing multi-national scholars to do it together.
