摘要
《楚辞·招魂》:"粔籹蜜饵,有兮。"通过考述古典文献,得出粔籹、寒具是油炸的类似今天的馓子、麻花一类的食品;根据文献记载以及通过对粔籹到馓子、麻花的历史发展沿革的探究,认为古代的粔籹、馓子与现代市场上的馓子、麻花虽然制作方法大致相同,但制作原料已由米粉变为面粉,并从宫廷食品、节庆食品成为百姓的寻常食品。
There were ancient foods such as "Junu Mier" and "Zhanghuang" recorded in "Chu Ci ~ evocation". Based on investigation of classical literature, it was found that "Junu" and "Hanju" were similar to "Sanzi"and "Mahua" today with the raw material Changed from rice flour to wheat flour. They were consumed not only in royal courts as festive foods but by the normal folks as ordinary foods in daily life as the history proceeded.
