摘要 利用激光粒度仪对金刚石微粉进行粒度分析时,超声分散制样时间对分析结果有较大影响,随着超声时间的延长,团聚颗粒会逐渐分散开来,当分散到一定程度时,已分散的颗粒又会产生二次团聚。D50的粒径分析结果与超声分散时间的关系成"V"字形分布,合理的超声分散时间,应选择在"V"字形的尖端底部对应时,也就是最小检测结果对应的超声分散时间。在正常情况下,D50粒径分析结果不会低于真实值,D50分析结果越小越接近真实值。 When using the laser granulometer to analysis the particle size of diamond micro- powder, ultrasonic dispersion sample preparation time will have a great influence on the result of the analysis. As ultrasonic time extends, agglomerated particles will gradually spread out, and then the dispersed particles will agglomerate again when dispersed to a certain degree. The relationship of the particle size analysis result of DS0 and ultrasonic dispersion time presents a "V" glyph distribution. The corresponding time at the bottom (i. e. the corresponding ultrasonic dispersion time to the minimum detection result) should be considered as the reasonable ultrasonic dispersion time. Under normal circum- stances, the DS0 particle size analysis result will not be lower than the true value. The smaller the analysis results, the closer to the true value.
