After years of transformation and innovation, securities brokerage business of our country has made some progress. But the model pattern that rely on traditional channel business didn＇t change substantially. Under the trend of open and mixed operation, the logic and characteristics of the United States and other countries＇ brokerage business transformation, can afford us some good lessons. In future, our country＇s securities companies should change the business development model, establish business positioning, explore the global layout and strengthen industry cooperation, so as to seek further development of the brokerage business.
