中国制造2025与德国工业4.0对接风险探析

近年来各国经济发展计划纷纷出台,其中,中国制造2025与德国工业4.0宣布战略对接尤为引人注目。传统工业强国与新兴大国如此高级别合作,不仅在经济领域被持续关注,在政治领域也颇受青睐。此次国家经济战略计划对接有双赢一面,但也暗含风险,国家间经济战略合作,必须首先对风险进行充分评估,未雨绸缪,之后才能在合作中更好维护自身权益。本文结合中国制造2025与德国工业4.0战略对接,从中国国家利益角度深刻剖析,进而提出相应对策。

In recent years, vatious countries have come up with their own developing plans. Among them, the information that Made in China 2025 strategy and German Industrial 4.0 have declared to coordinate has attracted a lot of attention. Such high rank cooperation between traditional and emerging powers in industry is not only being concerned in economic field, but also in political field. This national strategy coordination will produce a win-win situation. However, it also has potential risks. The economic cooperation among countries has to make risk assessment at first, plan ahead, then protect their own interests. This paper comes up with the methods to protect China＇s national interests by profoundly analyze this issue within the circumstance of the coordination between Made in China 2025 strategy and German Industrial 4.0.
