"政治转基因"是当前西方国家争夺意识形态领域"制脑权"的重要方略,它设置的理论陷阱严重影响了中国话语体系。构建中国话语权既是我国国情的需要,也是提高我国国际地位、应对重大群体事件的需要。当前,应该从明确中国道路的合理性、发挥社会主义核心价值观的文化优势、创新中国话语表达方式、主动有效运用新媒体传播、开展海外文化活动等方面构建中国话语权。

＂Genetieally Modified Polities＂ is an important strategy used by the current western countries to compete on the ideological field. The theoretical trap it sets affects the Chinese discourse system seriously. The construction of China＇s power of discourse is not only the requirement of our country＇s specific national conditions, but also the need of improving our country＇s international status and coping with major groups events. We can build China＇s power of discourse from five aspects, including clarifying the reasonableness of China＇s road, using the cultural advantages of the socialist core values, innovating the discourse expression of China, using new media to carry out cultural activities overseas actively and effec- tively.
