Development and Practice of Motor Testing Technology Course Based on the Work Process

本文依据我院现有的实训条件,遵循职业教育能力本位,从课程开发思路、建设目标、课程内容、教学实施等方面对"电机试验技术"课程进行开发设计,构建了基于工作过程的教学组织模式,实施教师主导、学生主体的"做中学、学中做"的一体化教学。

Basing on the survey of professional requirements and the analysis of motor testing abilities and typical working tasks, according to the ability-oriented principle of vocational education, the author builds a teaching or- ganizing mode, an integrated teacher-leading-and-students-oriented teaching method of learning from working and working from learning, and develops Motor Testing Technology from the perspectives of curriculum development, building goal and teaching action.
