中国共产党巡视制度不仅有效加强了党风廉政建设,也使得党内反腐制度化、规范化,展示了中国特色社会主义民主政治的风采。其民主价值体现了推进执政党现代化建设进程,增强了执政党合法性资源,彰显了执政党治国理念。
