当前中国社会出现了诸多"见利起意、见义不为"的社会道德问题。究其根本原因,在于人们社会道德在外化为行为的过程中,被普遍的功利化机制所导向与控制。因此,在社会治理的层面,必须对普遍功利化的社会病灶进行系统化纠正与建构。只有重构公众的道德行为选择的动力系统,道德人与经济人二者的社会协调才会成为可能,一个高水平的道德社会才会成为现实。

The funda- mental reason lies in that people＇ s social morality oriented and controlled by the universal utilitarian mecha- nism. Therefore,in the aspect of social governance,we must systematically rectify and construct the universal u- tilitarian social focus. Only by reconstructing the dynamic system of public moral coordination between the moral person and the economic person become possible ciety become a reality.
